My device is getting warm when I use it?

Omura heat-not-burn devices use a convection oven so it is normal for the device to get warm during use. There are built in sensors within the device to prevent overheating.

How to dispose of your Flowerstick?

Flowersticks are biodegradable and compostable and can be thrown away. The base of the Flowerstick™ will be hot when removed from the oven. Avoid touching the bottom of the Flowerstick™ once your session is completed

My Flowerstick feels warm during the beginning of use?

Any heat from your Flowerstick™ is from the vapor you are inhaling. The first few puffs may be the warmest as water is evaporating off of the flower, creating what is called ‘hot puff.’ We recommend taking a small puff during the warm-up session to help remove the water vapor before your session starts.

How do I use the Series X?

Series X

Step 1: Fill your Omura Flowerstick with your ground flower of choice.

Step 2: Select your heat curve on the bottom of the device: High or Low.

Step 3: Insert the Flowerstick inside the Series X Heat-Not-Burn device. Flower-end down.

Step 4: The device will vibrate indicating that it has turned-on. First vibration accompanied by LED lights flashing indicates pre-heat has started. Allow the device to warm up; indicated by pulsing LEDs, which should take approximately 30 seconds. The device is ready to use when all three LEDs are lit and the device vibrates again.

Step 5: Take slow and deep draws through the Flowerstick and enjoy!

Step 6: The session will last 3 minutes after warm-up and will vibrate once when finished. Each solid light indicates approximate number of minutes left.

Note: Remove Flowerstick if you wish to turn device off before session completes.

How do I use the Series 1?

Series 1

Step 1: Fill your Omura Flowerstick with your ground flower of choice.

Step 2: Insert the Flowerstick inside the Series 1 Heat-Not-Burn device. Flower-end down.

Step 3: Press the button for two seconds to turn on, release the button when the device vibrates. Refrain from pressing again to avoid turning off.

Step 4: Allow the device to warm up; indicated by pulsing LED lights, which should take approximately 30 seconds. The device is ready to use when all three LEDs are lit and the device vibrates again.

Step 4: Take slow and deep draws through the Flowerstick and enjoy!

Step 5: The session will last 3 minutes after warm-up and will vibrate once when finished. Each solid light indicates approximate number of minutes left.

Note: Press and hold button down until it vibrates if you wish to turn device off before session completes.

How long is a session?

Each session lasts 3 minutes as indicated by the LEDs on the device. One stick should be used per session. The session time excludes the warm-up period which can last up to 30 seconds.

Can I reuse a stick after a session?

The Flowersticks are optimized for single session usage. Replace with new flowerstick for each subsequent session.

How can I check the battery level?

To check the battery level of Series X, insert Flowerstick. The LEDs will light once to indicate the battery the remaining battery level prior to starting the warm-up phase as indicated by the flashing lights.

To check the battery level of Series 1, briefly press the button. The LEDs will light up to indicate the remaining charge.

How long does the battery last?

The battery should last you approximately 6 – 8 sessions. Charge the device using the USB-C cable provided. Failure to use the Omura provided charging cable may cause the device not to charge.

How long does the battery need to charge before use?

Approximately 2 hours.

Is there a temperature setting?

Both of the Omura devices are pre-programmed with proprietary heat curves to ensure an optimized temperature profile throughout the session.

The Series X device comes with two heat curve settings: High and Low. These may be changed via the switch on the bottom of the device The High setting is optimized for maximum vaporization whilst the Low setting is optimized for flavor. We recommend trying both and seeing which you prefer.

How do I clean my Omura device?

Unlike other vaporizers, Omura devices do not require cleaning as the flower is contained within the Flowerstick and does not actually come into contact with the device. This is a huge benefit versus other vaporizers as you are not required to purchase and use all of the cleaning instruments that other devices require. At most, we recommend turning the device upside down and tapping it lightly to knock out any flower that may have fallen out of the Flowerstick.

Can I return an item for a refund? How?

If you experience any issues with the Omura Heat-Not-Burn device, please contact us immediately and we can replace your device. To return a faulty device, please email us at hello@omura.com with your name, order number, and your concern.

Can I cancel an order? How?

Our order processing system allows us to cancel orders within a 30 minute window of order placement. We are only able to cancel your order within that time window. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders after that 30 minute window. Please email us at hello@omura.com with your name, order number, and your concern.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Yes, we will ship your order to a PO Box.

Do you deliver to alternate shipping addresses?

Yes, we will ship your order to an alternate shipping address.

How soon can I get my order?

Please allow 2-6 business days for all orders to be processed and delivered within the continental US.

Lost or damaged parcels

Since every circumstance is unique. Please send us a message to hello@omura.com so that we can address your concern accordingly.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, all shipped orders are final, and addresses cannot be changed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. Some products are only available in certain markets based on local laws. Products that are not available in your country will block your order at checkout.

Requirements & Payment

Is age verification required?

Yes, online orders will require age verification. Customers must be 21 years or older to purchase an Omura device. Providing false information may constitute a violation of the law.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept most forms of major credit cards. Including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
