Convenience

I tend to go through a couple in a session. So having more delivered to have on hand really helps a lot, especially when I can just count on them.

Liking it so far

Overall I am enjoying the device and these sticks. They are pretty convenient. I only wish there was an option to fill it more or less so I don’t have to use several sticks in succession or waste some of the flower if I don’t want so much.

Can’t cancel auto shipments

I cannot stop my auto shipments, I try to log in but mysteriously states no account but monthly without fail I am charged $20 and it auto ships without fail. PLEASE CANCEL ANY AUTOSHIPPMENTS FROM THIS ACCOUNT.

Terrible product and customer service

I bought a series X at a dispensary. I loved it at first and subscribed to the refill membership for empty flowersticks. Unfortunately, the device stopped charging about a week after I bought it. I contacted the dispensary and then drove to exchange it (a 2 hour trip). Brought home the new device, put in a flower stick, and it overheated and burnt it completely. I tried again, and it charred it again, despite being put on the lowest heat setting. I contacted my dispensary again and they apologized and offered another exchange or refund. I took the refund and had to drive AGAIN - 1 hour each way, to get my money back. Meanwhile, I tried to cancel my membership, which seemed like it would be easy because they never sent me anything despite the order being marked shipped on Shopify! Finally, someone at Omura contacted me and I asked for a refund, which they did provide -- and sent me the flower sticks anyway. SO I'm really not happy with the amount of time and effort I put into getting a Series X device that works. I really, really wanted to love this company, but I just had a really bad experience.
